Through the use of industry standard applications, such as Microsoft Project , Primavera Suretrak and Primavera P6 Sempac staff are able to provide programming services for all construction projects.

• Contractual review and claims management

Sempac staff have extensive practical experience and training in the application of Standard Conditions of Contract commonly used in Australia. With this background Sempac is able to provide a comprehensive service relating to the management and resolution of contractual issues.

• Project Superintendence

Management of Principal Contractor and subcontractors.
Evaluation of Progress Claims and Variation Claims against the Contract and actual work performed.

• Contract Staff
